though, it's a local configuration/installation issue, not an Ubuntu one
(you seem to have installed a local gsettings-desktop-schemas missing a
gsettings key which is taking precedence over the system version)

Hello,
I am informing that when I try to enter the Privacy settings of
gnome-control-center, the program hangs and then crash.
After that, gnome-control-center no longer runs. When I try to run it
from the command line, it returns the following:
