was closed "RESOLVED FIXED" on 2013-04-29
Checked ok in Ubuntu 18.04 (new interface?) so
closing as fixed.

Bug description:
When using full screen mode with totem, you see an ugly button in the top
right corner.
This should be integrated into the toolbar, like in non-full screen mode.
I have added a screenshot and how it should be in the attachment.
