mp4 audio Crackle when the sound a little loud.

Bug description:
both mpv and vlc have this problem, even when I use firefox see youtube
video, if I turn the sound a little loud, the sound will with a lot of crackle
sound.
I ubuntu18.04 all the thing update to date.
