At home this bug affects to every person! (I cann't give a clear way to
reproduce this bug.)

If the integrated menu doesn't recognise the new window, the window is
also not listed with alt-tab and super-w.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: libreoffice

  When ever I opened 2 or more libreoffice document, the title bar (that
  means the integrated menu bar didn't recognise the libreoffice
  document opened) for the newly opened document window is missing. This
  happened to the unity, not unity-2d.
