No I don't speak Burmese, it is for a friend. I'm looking to help him to
move on LO, and maybe Ubuntu because he can't have an spellchecker in
his language with MSOffice, and avoid him font problems (also with
Indesign, utf-8 is not used for his language). If he moves to LO maybe
he will be motivated to help. But it's pity to not create a package even
if it is not complete. This don't encourage people to translate.

Bug description:
  Libreoffice propose a language pack for myanmar/burmese localisation: 
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/?type=deb-x86_64&version=6.2.3&lang=my
  But the package is not propose in the official repository neither in the ppa. 
To use it I need to install the document fondation package.

  I'm on Ubuntu 18.04.
