Upstream removed the Sundry folder in that commit

The nm editor was added to Utility in
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-software/commit/f82457c0

Unsure how those category interact with gnome-shell though?

Title:
"Advanced Network Configuration" is displayed in both Utilities and
  Sundry categories

Status in gnome-menus package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in gnome-software package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in network-manager-applet package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
The "Advanced Network Configuration" is displayed in both Utilities
and Sundry categories instead of just the Utilities category. It was
moved to the Utilities category in upstream, but it probably needs a
related gnome-software code to be backported from 3.32 into the older
  version used in Ubuntu.
