Public bug reported:
I have done a fresh install of Ubuntu 19.04 64-bit.
Only thing I had to do was to disable Wayland for gdm to start.
But when I try to open gnome-control-center, it does not show up. It shows in
the side pane. But no window is visible. No error can be seen when opened via
command line.
I re-installed gnome-control-center. Did not solve the issue.
Release: Ubuntu 19.04 64-bit
Kernel: 5.0.0-15-generic
Package: gnome-control-center 1:3.32.1-1ubuntu4.1
System: Dell XPS.
