evince opens documents in tiny windows

Bug description:
When opening a document in evince, it usually used to open in a
reasonable window size (I don't know, maybe last used size).
However many document now open in an evince window that is as small as
possible (like 20px) and requires upscaling every time. Sometimes, the
document window starts to reduce its size until it hits the minimum
size limit.
This could be related to using a high-dpi screen (=scaling-factor set
to 2.0). It could be related to bug #1299054.
