Bug description:
Hello,
On gnome-calendar (3.32.0), Ubuntu 19.04.
1 - Create or edit an event.
2 - Check the "Whole day" option. (French: "Toute la journée")
3 - Select the duration for 1 day or more.
The event will start and end 1 day before the selected begin and the
selected end, so you need to create your event one day in the future
to place it on the good date.
This bug happens both in local and network calendars. (Tested: Local
and Nextcloud).
