Thank you for your bug report, the nautilus file-manager doesn't seem involved there though? From the video it looks like you just save the image from evince (which uses a gtk fileselector to pick the destination). Ideally it should be sent upstream to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evince/issues
