Basically upstream removed the support for todoist from gnome-online-
account and it's expected that gnome-todo implements support by itself
in the futur

Bug description:
The gnome-todo package previously supported Todoist as a source,
however on upgrading to 19.04 beta, the Todoist online account option
is missing, and the extension for gnome-todo appears to be missing as
well.
