Please try this:

  sudo apt update
  sudo apt install --reinstall linux-firmware gnome-bluetooth

Then reboot.

If the problem still persists then please:

1. Run:

   dpkg -l > allpackages.txt

   and send us the file 'allpackages.txt'.

2. Reproduce the problem again and then run:
   
   journalctl -b0 > curjournal.txt

   and send us the file 'curjournal.txt'.

Bug description:

  I have erased and reinstalled Pulseaudio.
  It seems like this can not be done since.

  I tried the following.
  sudo apt-get remove alsa-base pulseaudio
  sudo apt-get install alsa-base pulseaudio

  I did this again.
  sudo apt-get --purge remove linux-sound-base alsa-base alsa-utils
  sudo apt-get install linux-sound-base alsa-base alsa-utils
