fresh 19.10 install, updated.
Install nvidia-driver-430
Enable nvidia-drm.modeset ( done here thru a .conf /etc/modprobe.d
Reboot
What happens:
Boots to login screen, all attempts to log into a ubuntu session loop back to
log in screen
