#Getting_-dbgsym.ddeb_packages, then execute "sudo apt install uno-
libs3-dbgsym".

Debugging bug 1699529 I found that there is a dependency error in the
libreoffice debug symbols.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
uno-libs3-dbgsym : Depends: libreoffice-dbg (= 5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial6)
but 1:5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial6 is to be installed
ure-dbgsym : Depends: libreoffice-dbg (= 5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial6) but
1:5.1.6~rc2-0ubuntu1~xenial6 is to be installed
You see the missing epoch of "1:"
