The system seems to run, but the screen remains black. Not dark, black, like the screen is off. ctrl-alt-fX do not change consoles (or they do maybe, but since the screen is off, I can't tell. I did not have this problem under 18.04. It seems to be tied to the time the system has been asleep; 10 minutes or so and the system wakes up no issue, but after an hour I frequently need to hard-reset.
