The reference upstream bug report is
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=944941. It was
reportedly fixed in chromium 74. I'm testing 75, and I can confirm this
is fixed.

download bottom bar in chromium is unreadable with a dark GTK theme

Bug description:
When downloading a file with chromium, a bar is displayed at the
bottom of chromium window, showing file downloaded and progress.
With recent chromium (since 73.0.3683.75 ?), the bar is unreadable.
I am using a black theme (adwaita-dark) and gnome/gtk theme in
crhomium settings.
