Also, please elaborate on what you mean by "Pressing scrollbar" and
"sticky". I can use scrollbars in chromium just fine here.

Bug description:
Pressing scrollbar in any situation makes it sticky.
Restart does not help. >:]
The only workaround is to delete image cache and
then restart the browser.
This is a nice bug in sense that then you fix it
browser becomes really smooth.
