I run command apport-collect 1840571 for Hour.
and send data.

  ubuntu 18.04.3 startup purple screnn blink and could not start

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I update ubuntu by software-updater.
  I update kernel 5.0.0-25, and reboot ubuntu system,
  but startup purple screen blink for ever,and could not login.
  I reboot kernel 5.0.0-23(before kernel), and login.

  as kernel 5.0.0-23, sometime same event occured,
  but I reset PC, next time restart normaly.

  I upload syslog file.
