Title:
  Ubuntu 11.10 unable to reboot

Status in gnome-session package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
On Packard Bell Dot s netbook, 32 bit Ubuntu 11.10 is unable to
reboot. It prepares to reboot, screen blacks out but froze at that
point. No matter where you tried to reboot, terminal, panel, it occurs
every time. I tried reboot after logging out but didnt work. Logout,
  shutdown etc. functions work fine.
