  Bionic HWE kernel 5.0.0.23 breaks nvidia driver 340.107

Bug description:
  When updating my system, I got the new 5.0.0.23 kernel (coming from
  4.18.0-25). DKMS fails for the nvidia 340 driver. I need to use this
  for my generation card (ION). Make log included.
