While we can track bugs in dashtodock here, it appears we can't track bugs in appfolders-manager here because it's not part of Ubuntu.

I switched it on and logged in and the two extensions were disabled. I enabled them using tweaks and restarted shell (Alt+F2 r) and all is jolly well till the next automatic suspend.
