Title:
Gnome-shell hogs CPU
Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Gnome-shell process spikes from 40-100% CPU usage on a 4-core
processor without any extensions enabled upon start-up and just stays
in that range. Usage fluctuates between all of the cores (Each core is
pegged at >40% all the time).
I am running Ubuntu 19.04.
