[Test Case]
1) Enable the bionic-proposed repository, and install the xf86-input-wacom
package
2) Restart and see if the Wacom touchscreen works correctly. Also check
/var/log/Xorg.0.log to see if Wacom touchscreen using libinput driver
instead wacom driver.
