Bug description:
When I use the Mutiny or Cupertino mode via "mate tweak" in Ubuntu-
Mate 19.10 Beta, the appmenu (global menu) displays the menu of for
example "Libreoffice Writer" twice. So, the last entry in the menu is
"help" and then it begins again with "file".
