Check Box>properties>Y-position: does not work

Bug description:
While trying to reposition a Check Box from its Properties General
window, setting a new Y-position results in the changed position being
added to the previous position, instead of replacing it. I do not seem
to be able to work around this (starting position is given as -0.13").
