  Libreoffice doesnt respect unity docked state when activated the
  option enable quick start in System Tray

Bug description:
  When activated the option enable quick start in System Tray, and after
  that closing libreoffice and trying to launch from the unity dock, the
  dock doesnt respect the icon and creates another one.

  It sould respect the dock and clicking in the icon it sould start the
  application and showing the icon with the running state.
