[upstream] Writer: margin bars disappear completely instead of turning
gray

Bug description:
Normally, when you select more paragraphs with different margins
settings, margin bars on the ruler turn gray. But now they are just
disappearing completely. Frustrating. I've grabbed the problem into
the attached video.
