  Wizards don't start in libreoffice writer

Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  1: Start libreoffice writer
  2: select in the main menue File -> Wizards -> Letter (or any other of the 
wizards)

  Expected behavious:
  The letter wizard opens

  Observed behaviour:
  nothing happens.

  If started from a terminal the following error message is printed:
  Traceback (most recent call last):
    File 
"/usr/lib/libreoffice/program/wizards/letter/LetterWizardDialogImpl.py", line 
105, in startWizard
      self.initializePaths()
    File "/usr/lib/libreoffice/program/wizards/ui/WizardDialog.py", line 118, 
in initializePaths
      xPropertySet.getPropertyValue("Template_user")[0]
  IndexError: tuple index out of range

  A patch exists for newer versions of libreoffice. Please put the patch into 
the version of libreoffice that ships with Ubuntu 14.04LTS . The patch is here:
