Could you please confirm if all Ubuntu types uses Netplan from 19.10, I
noticed from 17.10 to 19.04, Desktop type has ifupdown, Server and Live
Server are using Netplan.

eoan-desktop-amd64.iso(daily build Sep-17-2019) in ESXi.
