weekly meeting, and while we acknowledge it, we decided it's not worth
fixing at this stage, given that 19.10 is about to be released.

Bug description:
  When a web page is displayed in Firefox, if you select the URL in the address 
bar and try to drag it to the desktop or a Nautilus window, it is not done.
  But, afterwards, the mouse cursor become a hand and nothing is more possible 
with Firefox : you cannot select something, see the menu...
  You can only kill the app.
