Public bug reported:
Upgraded to Ubuntu 19.10, using the new snap Chromium, I click a link in
the terminal:
EXPECTATION: The clicked link should open in a new tab or window and the
navigation to that link should start.
ACTUAL RESULT: A new Chromium window opens to the home page and
navigation to the clicked link doesn't start.
Chromium Version 78.0.3904.70 (Official Build) snap (64-bit)
Ubuntu 19.10
