  Snap Evince can't open pdf files in USB drive

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  - Put a .pdf file in an external USB drive
  - Double click on it or open it with Evince in any way

  Evince starts but it can't show the document, giving the error:

  Error opening file /media/username/Storage/file-name.pdf: Permission
  denied

  lsb_release -rd
