Ubuntu 19.10 beta - fresh install Oct 1st image
gnome-software 3.30.6-2ubuntu10
The "Updates" tab on Gnome-Software shows that "Software is up to
date" after clicking the refresh button.
This is not true as there are updates needed, viewable with apt and
the separate "Software Updater"
