Hello Jean-Louis, or anyone else affected, Accepted thunderbird into eoan-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/thunderbird/1:68.2.1+build1-0ubuntu0.19.10.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
