Title:
empathy cannot call to android phones

Status in Chat app, and Telepathy user interface:
  Unknown
Status in “empathy” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  1. I was trying to call to android phone ( Galaxy S II, Gingerbread
2.3.4 with video call enabled) . However, there are no options to call
the person. Only initiating chat options are available.

  2. Calling from the phone to empathy, the call does not connect
immediately when I click 'accept with video call' option. There is a
  delay of atlest 30 secs

  3. The symbol on the phone does not show a video device is available.

Compared to Empathy, Pidgin is able to complete the call and I can
hear the voice and see video on the computer immediately. The symbol
on the phone also indicates a video device is available for a video
  call.
