Title:
Go To Line... causes text cursor to disappear

Status in gedit package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  1) I open an CMakeLists.txt (from llvm project)
  2) cursor is in line 1
  3) I Go To... 123
  4) editor moves to some location, status shows Ln 123 Col 1
  5) but cursor (keyboard's) is not visible (making me wonder *which* line on
the screen is indeed 123?!)

It is subtle GUI error. I never seen any editor make editing keyboard
cursor disappear, which is why I thought to report it.

I attached the screencast (the file is already open).

  gedit --version Version 3.28.1
  gnome 3.28.2
  Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
