The only item in the trash was a source code folder of cmake. Nothing more. It was no more than 300 MB, and I had plenty of room left on my device. And yes, it is in the local partition.

It stays at 0% for the duration of the empty and then disappears when it's done instead of updating. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Put items in the trash 2. Empty the trash by selecting "Empty" 3. Notice the progress bar is stuck at 0% saying "Preparing" Expected Results: Progress Bar updates as items are thrown away. Actual Results: Nautilus says "Preparing" until the trash is finished being emptied.
