Bug description:
  Ubuntu 19.10

  1) Click "Show Applications" to display the app screen. On app screen, click, 
hold and drag app icon so that it is placed on top of the desktop trash icon. 
Release mouse button.
  2) A "Would you like to uninstall this application?" prompt should be 
displayed. If a user clicks "Yes", the app would be uninstalled.
  3)  A "Would you like to uninstall this application?" prompt should be 
displayed.
