Upstream bug trackers require bugs to be opened by the people affected
so that the developers there can communicate directly with those people.
Also we don't have time to try and reproduce every bug report, sorry.

Bug description:
Hi,
This is a duplicate of bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/network-manager/+bug/1718931
It is marked as fixed, but the feature is still broken for me.
