This happens when I use fractional scaling. At 100%, my HP 840 G3 runs
smooth and fast. With fractional scaling at 125%, there is the
following: visual tears when moving videos while playing; Ubuntu
operates slow with system apps and 3rd party apps; system hangs and
crashes; and more.
