As the affected Ubuntu releases are now "End of Life" and in the absence
of comments from anyone else I'll close this now as the bug report is no
longer valid.

Bug description:
Since I upgraded to 14.04, I cannot export CD tracks in Rhythmbox. It
told me "Unabel to transfer tracks. Additional software is required to
encode media in your preferred format: Vorbis encoder" My options are
"Cancel the transfer" or "Install" I click install, and get the
following error.

The parameters passed to the application had an invalid format. Please
file a bug!

gstreamer|1.0|rhythmbox|Vorbis encoder|encoder-audio/x-vorbis
I click OK on the error and it loops back to "Unabel to transfer
tracks".
