Title:
  Set "Documents" folder as default when saving a file.

Bug description:
  1) Ubuntu 19.10
  2) 3.34.0-1
  3) I opened Gedit, typed some stuff and then clicked the save button. Gedit 
should save documents to the documents folder by default.
  4) Gedit defaults to the Home folder.
