Extension enable/disable slider switch missing

Bug description:
1) Ubuntu 19.10
2) 3.30.6-2ubuntu10.19.10.0
3) If I remember correctly, there was a slider switch in the top right corner
of the extension settings window.
4) Extensions are not appearing on the top bar. Extensions appeared before
and now they do not appear. I tried removing and reinstalling the extensions.
