Title:
HDMI output always selected on reboot

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Setting default output via "pactl set-default-sink 2" or editing
"/etc/pulse/default.pa" does not help.
The only work around that helps is to not load "module-switch-on-connect" (as
in uploaded "/etc/pulse/default.pa")

It seems that HDMI output is seen by the system as connected later
than Line Out, so it switches to it on every reboot.
