Bug description:
[Impact]
Snaps now have a native banner format. The old screenshot method is no longer
supported and will result in banners no longer displaying.
[Test Case]
1. Open GNOME Software
2. Check banner shown in in the new format
[Regression Potential]
Some small risk of breaking banner code.
