Public bug reported:
Yesterday I dist-upgraded my work laptop from eoan to focal. During the
upgrade process package ubuntu-wallpapers-bionic was marked for
automatic removal and removed, and when that happened my desktop
wallpaper turned plain black.
$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.background picture-uri
'file:///usr/share/backgrounds/Crocus_Wallpaper_by_Roy_Tanck.jpg'
(that file was installed by ubuntu-wallpapers-bionic).
Not sure why that package wasn't uninstalled in prior dist-upgrades like
bionic->cosmic, cosmic->disco or disco->eoan (on this machine I've been
dist-upgrading for every single release since 16.04).
