I have the same problem on 19.10 and can't find a fix after hours and
hours of googling.

Bug description:
  OS: Ubuntu 17.10
  Version: 3.14.2-2ubuntu5

  Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open terminal and run:
  gnome-file-share-properties

  2. Tick Share public files on network

  3. In terminal see the error message:
  apache2: Syntax error on line 21 of 
/usr/share/gnome-user-share/dav_user_2.4.conf: Cannot load 
/usr/lib/apache2/modules//mod_dnssd.so into server: 
/usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_dnssd.so: cannot open shared object file: No such 
file or directory

  Alternative steps to reproduce:
  1. In terminal run
  gnome-control-center sharing

  2. Enable File sharing

  3. Same message appears
