This was tested with the latest version of Linux Libertine G (http://numbertext.org/linux/), which is the Graphite- version of Linux Libertine. Automatically enabled Graphite features, such as ligatures, work as intended. Both automatically and manually enabled Graphite features work in LibreOffice 5 (64-bit) on Windows 10, as they do in LibreOffice 4.4 on Ubuntu (15.04).
