Title:
[Upstream] LibreOffice Impress doesn't allow to change the language

Status in LibreOffice:
  New
Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete
Status in libreoffice package in Debian:
  New

Bug description:
LibreOffice Writer and Calc allow a user to change the language for
the dictionary by going to Tools -> Language in the menu. However, the
menu, which is named the same in Impress lacks that functionality,
although it does have the ability to highlight incorrectly spelt
  words.

Since the spell checking option is there, there needs to be an ability
to change the language for the spell checker.
