I was referring to the "Show Applications" screen. They are separate,
instead of grouped into a folder.

  3) By default, the LibreOffice icons should be grouped into a folder called 
"LibreOffice".
  4) By default, the LibreOffice icons were not grouped into a folder called 
"LibreOffice".
